Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your pool maintenance needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Recommended for time-sensitive pool supplies
- Free Shipping:
- Available on orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our pool supplies. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.
Return Process in 4 Simple Steps
- Submit Your Request: Email [email protected] with:
- Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Your full name and order number
- Items to return/exchange and reason
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Shipping instructions
- Special handling instructions if needed
- Package & Ship:
- Use original packaging with all parts/accessories
- Clearly mark RMA on package

- Receive Refund/Exchange:
- Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
- Exchanges shipped within 1-2 business days after approval
Non-Returnable Pool Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened pool chemicals (Chlorine & Bromine, Clarifiers & Enzymes, Balancers)
- Used filtration media (Cartridge Filters or DE Filters)
- Custom-cut items (Beaded Liners, Cover Accessories)
- Products marked “Final Sale”
- Used equipment (Diving Boards, etc.)
Refund Details
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing takes 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for our errors)
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using trackable services (DHL, FedEx, or EMS)
- Consider shipping insurance for high-value items
- We provide prepaid labels for damaged/defective items
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged pool supplies:

- Include photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Return shipping is customer’s responsibility
- Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
